Guide For a Day has been guiding since 1993. I believe in a low impact approach to climbing and interacting with nature in a positive way. Our approach is simple... we guide one person for the day, no groups . The outdoor experience should not feel like a gym. A one-on-one approach is in our opinion what a guide/client relationship should be, this allows for a much greater learning experience. and does not impact the climbing areas. Respecting our wild places is one of many lessons our clients learn from the start or our day on the rock. You will end your climbing day with the confidence that you are on your way to building a solid foundation, an essential step in the vertical world of rock climbing.
See you on the rock!

"Climbing here saved my life from the confines of the materialistic illusion that we're taught as children in school...

The way I see it, there are two worlds:

There's the world where nothing is sacred except money, and the other world where everything is sacred".

~Ron Kauk (Yosemite legend)
