• Scheduling a Course.
  All of our courses are taught on weekends, please contact us for course availability. To set up a climibing course email us at TONYMAYSE@COX.NET and give us the dates that you plan on climbing.
  
• Course payment
  All courses must be pre-paid before course is scheduled. Mail payment in the form of a certified check or money order, (sorry no personal checks). Please click here for MAILING ADDRESS.
  
• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations or rescheduling other than inclement weather on course date will result in forfieture of 50% of course fee, no exceptions. Make sure the date you give us is a date that you want.
  
• Inclement weather policy
  Cancellations due to inclement weather; the client has the option of rescheduling or full refund. Guide For A Day will determine if the weather is unsuitable for climbing courses to be held.
  
• Release Policy
  Everyone taking a climbing course must sign a release, minors must have release signed by parent or legal guardian. Without signed release you will not be allowed to take the course, no exceptions.You will be notified by email or phone that payment has been received.
