About Us
Tony Mayse is a professional guide and rock-climbing instructor. He has operated Guide For A Day since 1993, and has been climbing throughout the United States for the last 17 years. Tony has climbed El Capitan ten times including a solo ascent of the Zodiac and several one day ascents of the Nose.

Tony is a member of the American Mountain Guides Association and has a Wilderness First Responder certification.

The only way to learn the sport of rock climbing is from a professional rock climbing guide. The training that we have taken goes into each and everyone of our clients. Learn the sport of rock climbing from a professional climber, learn from us. Tony has completed the AMGA Rock Instructor Course and is a AMGA Supporting Member.
